Shipping Policy
Processing Times
Orders are usually processed within 1–2 working days (excluding weekends and public holidays). You will receive an email confirming dispatch once your order has been shipped.
Delivery
We use reputable tracked delivery services, including Royal Mail Tracked and recognised courier partners. Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout but are not guaranteed.
Tracked Delivery
All orders are dispatched using a tracked postal service. Customers will receive tracking details where available, allowing the progress of the delivery to be monitored.
Proof of Delivery
Delivery confirmation is obtained from the courier. Where a parcel is shown as delivered to the delivery address provided at checkout, this will normally be considered proof of delivery. If you believe your parcel has not been received, please contact us within 7 days of the stated delivery date so that we can investigate with the courier.
Incorrect Addresses
Customers are responsible for ensuring that the delivery address entered at checkout is accurate. Clinic M cannot accept responsibility for parcels delivered to an address supplied incorrectly by the customer.
Lost or Delayed Parcels
If a parcel is delayed or appears lost in transit, we will work with the courier to investigate. Replacement or refund decisions will be made following the outcome of the courier's investigation and in accordance with UK consumer law.
Damaged Deliveries
Please inspect your order on arrival. If an item arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide photographs of the packaging and products so that we can resolve the issue promptly.
